We purchased a home in the Pinehurst, North Carolina area in January 2007. Our realtor mentioned that Linda and Mike were moving to the area from California and that Linda had experience in the real estate business. We were looking for someone to look in at our home every couple of weeks to check for any problems since we reside in Ohio. Linda and her staff do a thorough check up every two weeks. They send a detailed report to us via email. Any problems are noted and solutions suggested.

They have exceeded greatly what our expectations were. We have had several maintenance issues arise and they have very quickly and efficiently handled those matters. We had a leak in the garage roof and they documented when the situation occurred and took pictures for us. It was a recurring matter for a number of months. Twice they met a contractor at the residence to obtain information and/or a solution to the problem. Until the situation was corrected with repairs they would visit the house after any severe storm to assure no further damage was done. Their help in this matter reduced the expense that we would have incurred without their presence.

They also attend to various minor things such as replacing a smoke alarm or insuring that the termite company has access to do the inspection and inside spraying as required by the condominium association. We would recommend their services to any homeowner who needs assistance in this area.
